Everything you need to know before opening a case, stated plainly, once.

1. The form comes first.
Every engagement begins with the intake form. It gives us what we need to understand your situation and match you with the right specialist. It also gives you an estimate quote, so you know what to expect. 

2. Cassandra picks up from there, until you're paired.
Once your form is in, Cassandra answers practical questions, gathers any remaining details, and walks you through payment. She is the point of contact for clients who haven't been paired yet. 3. You are paired based on compatibility.
Every client is matched to a specialist suited to their case. If you've chosen a Coven engagement, you'll be in direct contact with the Chief of the Coven instead, who oversees the working from open to close.

4. Once paired, your caster is your point of contact.
After pairing, communication about your case goes through your caster, or the Chief, for Coven engagements.

5. An NDA is signed before any work begins.
Once your work scope is confirmed, you'll sign an NDA covering your identity and the details of your case, before casting starts. From that point on, your case is protected.

6. We'll tell you what's possible, and what isn't.
If a request falls outside what ritual work can reasonably address, we'll say so at intake, before any work is agreed.

7. Payment opens the case.
Once scope of work is confirmed and the NDA is signed, the invoice is issued and settled before work begins. 

8. Timelines are set by tier.
Standard, priority, or retainer, the window quoted at intake is the window you can expect. Any change is communicated as soon as it's known. If you need your work done by a specific date, please inform Cassandra in advance, we will do our best to accommodate to your needs. 

9. Every closed case includes written documentation.
You'll receive a record of the work performed once your case is complete. The record is yours to keep and is also NDA protected. 

10. Some cases are declined.
We take on engagements we believe we can deliver on. Requests outside our practice areas, or outside what we assess as achievable, aren't accepted.

11. Client cases are not shared or referenced elsewhere.
No case is discussed with another client or used as an example, publicly or privately.

12. The work requires your effort as well as ours.
We can shift what's working against you into something working for you. Decisions that are yours to make remain yours to make. We can't provide financial or legal advice. 

13. Your participation is required.
Once your working is underway, your caster will give you specific steps to follow. These are part of how the work is completed, and are given for a reason. Your participation is mandatory for real results to follow.

14. We move at the pace of the serious.
We don't chase inquiries, and we don't follow up twice. If a case goes quiet on your end, we assume it's no longer needed and close it. We don't reopen what has been closed.
